The fact that Sherlock’s gift to John for one of his birthdays was an essay about how much his friends hate him and John giggled about it later…like the essay was not news to John, he probably also hates his friends and laughed saltily while reading the essay like “lol Sherlock my observant bab you’re so right about them i’m gonna miss you at my party with people who hate me,” John probably loved that essay and held onto it for years b/c it’s hilarious and it was his fav b-day present
